Robert Makłowicz, in one of his films, while preparing such a delicious-looking dish, which in this case was tiramisu, he did not fail to mention cocoa. It is hard for him to do otherwise, a dish without this ingredient has no right to exist. This reference, however, was additionally enriched with an anecdote regarding the very important issue, which is the wrong version of the word (link).
